INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All our international deliveries are handled by UPS. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
RETURNS POLICY
We understand sometimes the fit isn’t right, so HER OWN are happy to accept
returns on unworn items that include all labels. This applies to any item
despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by HER OWN when
sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and
tracking ID.
Please simply send us over an email at XXX@outlook.com to request your
return (include order number) & we’ll be happy to help you out.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns
for refund are processed within 4-7 working days of receiving the item. Card
refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete,
depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please
speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a
code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3
days of processing.
